Bukky Agboola Holds Book Signing Luncheon in Orange County California

Music and laughter filled the air at the recent book signing luncheon held to celebrate the release of “Giving God Ultimate Love: Over-The-Top Mega Love”, the new book by author Bukky Agboola. Marked with great food and friends reminiscing about God’s faithfulness and love, the luncheon brought together a diverse group of people. Proceeds afterwards went to support a nonprofit organization set up to assist victims of terrorism and violence in the Northern parts of Nigeria.

His divine interruptions transform our lives when we step out in faith, based on His word, completely trusting in and faithfully serving Him wherever He has currently placed and positioned us. He comes suddenly, interrupting our lives with His divine destiny. I once heard someone describe it this way, “God is like nothing, nothing, nothing; BAM!” In 1 Samuel 9, God’s destiny found Saul as he diligently searched for his father’s donkeys. Instead of finding the donkeys he received a kingdom. It found David while he tended to and protected his father’s flock. Destiny interrupted the young Virgin Mary as she went about her everyday duties. The list goes on and on: Moses while he tended sheep in Midian, Joseph in prison… An unending adventure of faith and wonder awaits you!” Happy New Day!

Gratitude is the Be-Attitude

Dear friends Gratitude determines Altitude. Let’s begin to engage, respond and relate to the people around us with appreciation. Not only as an occasional response to the benefits that we receive, but as an ongoing overriding attitude in EVERY situation. This won’t always be easy. Picture this, a morning cartoon once showed a very long line of people at the “Complaints” window, while there was no one at the “Gratitude” window. Thanking God with music, lifting your hands, shouts of joy like we do for our favorite sports teams, or just singing while lying down on your bed, can create a flow from God to us. Gratitude will lift us and the people around us up! I thank God for you my dear friends.
